Music Monday : Swing from Paris

http://www.etsy.com/shop/madeinminch

Hello there!
It’s Shani here, hopefully this post reaches you on a lovely Monday morning…
Perfect for sharing something about music!
I was recently lucky enough to go with my better half to a concert given by this amazing string group, Swing from Paris.

Influenced by Django Reinhardt, these four are all exceptionally accomplished musicians and are well worth a listen.
If you get the opportunity to go and see them live – DO!
Their website Swing from Paris  has lots of links and information about them and they are available for hire.
Wouldn’t they be amazing for a wedding or other truly special event?
Youtube video here

I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

I love listening to this group when I have jobs to do as well; their lively music keeps the energy levels up.
Great music to introduce to our new baby too!

Have a great day!

  1. Thank you for mentioning us, and really glad you enjoyed the music! Hope to see you at another gig of ours soon. We’re back near Stroud on 23rd March at the Royal Oak in Woodchester, if you fancy some good food (and music)…

    • You deserve the mention. Your concerts are entertaining and good value for the amount of pieces you play and the quality of the performance. The Royal Oak sounds like the place to be on the 23rd.

  2. Nothing better than a swinging baby 😉 BTW, your e-mail link in your sidebar doesn’t work – I was trying to reply to a blog comment Jen made for me, but couldn’t get an e-mail addy, sorry!

Thanks for popping by, dont be shy please say Hi! We always love reading your comments :)
